Sugar Free Fudge March 2008

To Sherrie from DE: Here is a recipe for sugar
free fudge that I have. I hope your friend will
enjoy it. I haven't tried it, so it is not a TNT
with me.

1 envelope gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 square unsweetened chocolate
3/4 teaspoon liquid sweetener
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetener. Slowly add evaporated milkandother 1/4 cup of water. Add gelatin to chocolate mixture. Stir until dissolved, then remove from heat. Let cool. When mixture begins to thicken, add nuts. Put in a greased 8 x 8 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
