Lime Chicken WW March 2008

Makes 4 servings
Weight Watcher Points - 4 Points

4 (5 ounce) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Juice of three limes
1 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Slice chicken into thin strips and saute chicken and garlic in lime juice until chicken is tender. Combine mushrooms with chicken and continue to cook until chicken is lightly browned.
