3 c. diced turkey 1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery 1/4 c. green onions 1/4 c. natural sliced almonds 1/3 c. tropical fruit yogurt (6 oz. container) 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. minced ginger 1 c. (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained 6 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. chow mein noodles |

In large microwaveable bowl, combine turkey, celery, green onions and almonds. Cover with plastic wrap and turn back 1 inch to vent. Microwave on medium high (70%) for 4 minutes. Stir in yogurt and the orange sections and cover. Microwave medium high for 2 minutes, stirring 1-2 times. Serve on lettuce and chow mein noodles. 6 servings. |
