6 lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked, drained and mashed 1 C sour cream 6 ounces cream cheese 5 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup milk 3 tsp. onion salt salt and pepper to taste |

Mix the potatoes and next six ingredients. Transfer to buttered dish. Cover and refrigerate. To reheat, bake at 400° about 30 minutes. Serves 12. (This can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before using.) |
