| Chocolate Marshmallow Cake March 2008 |

1 German Chocolate cake mix (without pudding) 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding 1-1/2 cups milk 3 eggs 3 cups mini marshmallows Icing: 3/4 cups sugar 1/4 cup margarine 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup chocolate chips Blend together on low speed for 1 minute the cake mix, pudding, milk and eggs. Then beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 11 x 15 sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over hot cake immediately upon removing from oven and let melt slightly Icing: Heat to a good rolling boil the sugar, margarine and milk. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Immediately drizzle over marshmallows on hot cake. |
