Barbara's Cole Slaw Salad December 2007 
 

I really do not have a recipe for this, but it is my favorite cole slaw. I shred about 1/2 cabbage and some carrots and onion on my hand grater. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and salt. Add enough mayo to moisten. GOOD!
