Baked Fish ww March 2008

Makes 4 servings
Weight Watcher Points - 3 Points
 
1 pound fish fillets
1/3 cup finely crushed Cheez It Crackers
1/2 cup lowfat Catalina Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Mix crushed crackers and parsley, salt and pepper. Cover both sides of fish with lowfat Catalina Salad Dressing. Lightly cover top of fish fillets with cracker mixture. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
