2 cans small English Peas with juice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 4 oz chopped pimentos, drained 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese-grated 1 can Durkee fried onions salt & pepper to taste |

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Mix peas, soup, pimentos, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese in a bowl. Spray a 13x9 dish and pour in casserole. Top with onions and remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes until well heated and cheese is bubbly. |
