8 Servings Serving Size: 1/2 cup Weight Watcher Points: 3 points 1 eggs or 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute 1 cup Land O Lakes nonfat sour cream 16 ounces frozen whole kernel corn 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 4 ounce can chopped green chilies 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 ounces Kraft Healthy Favorites Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10 inch quiche dish or 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Beat eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in corn, bread crumbs, chilies, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Pour into a prepared dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until firm.
