6 Servings (2/3 cup serving) 1 Weight Watcher Point * 2 large unpeeled Red Delicious apples, thinly sliced 1 cup chopped cauliflower 3/4 cup Poppy Seed Dressing (see recipe below) Lettuce leaves Combine apple sliced and cauliflower in a medium mixing bowl. Add Poppy Seed Dressing, and toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Serve salad on individual lettuce-lined plates, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
