2 eggs 2 sticks oleo (half butter), softened 1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 4 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond |

Cream sugar and oleo. Add oil and eggs; mix well. Add other ingredients; mix good. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Roll dough in balls, roll top of ball in sugar, then press with fork. Bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
