2 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach cooked & well drained 4 beaten eggs 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese dash of Watkins Pepper |

Combine all 3 ingredients, blending well. Pour into 9" partially baked rich pie shell. Bake a 350º for 40-45 minutes or until set. Garnish with crispy, crumbled bacon. Serves 6
